So far I've lost 4 lbs just by logging my diet and paying more attention to what I eat! I am so totally excited. It seems pretty small compared to my short term goal of losing 25 lbs, and my long term goal of losing 45 lbs, but at the same time it seems HUGE because it's something, it's progress, I'm on my way there!
